Acer Iconia Tab A510 Specs and Price

Acer Iconia Tab A510 image
In celebration of the 2012 London Olympics, Acer unveils the Iconia Tab A510. This Special Edition Tablet carries the symbol of the iconic Olympic rings in its design - representing the strength, confidence and possibility that the Olympics stands for. Featuring NVIDIA® Quad-Core performance, the latest Android 4.0 OS and an amazing productivity suite, you can multitask at a new level and surf the web without waiting.

Preloaded entertainment apps like Kindle, Netflix and Google Music keep your entertainment at your fingertips wherever you are. So whether you need to be productive on the go or just want to stay entertained, the Acer Iconia Tab A510 Olympic Edition will keep you at the top of your game.

Fast-forward to the present, and the A500's successor, the A510, is now available. This is more of an incremental update to the A500, as it packs the NVIDIA's powerhouse quad-core Tegra 3 superchip, but the majority of the other specs are nearly identical to its predecessor. That's not necessarily a bad thing here, though - dollar for dollar, this is one of the best tablets I've ever used.

Acer Iconia Tab A510 Specs

If there’s one thing that Acer is so proud of about this device, then that would be the processor. And yes, it is an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core unit clocked at 1.3 GHz. The fact is, it is the highlight of this device and this is where the pride of Acer enters considering it is the first ever quad-core unit it has released ever. Needless to say, the company will do everything just to make it shine in the high-end Android market. The CPU has also been complemented by a 1 GB random access memory (RAM) to ensure all operations are smooth and fast for the owners.

For people looking for portable powerful device, Acer Iconia Tab A510 may not just be the right one for them because it comes with 10.1 inches display and it is apparent it has lost its pocketability factor. But the thing is, it comes with very high resolution at 1280 x 800 pixels featuring multi-touch and capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors.

Its camera, however, is not as impressive as most people think because it only has 5 megapixels. Obviously, Acer didn’t build this device for shooting photos, instead it was built for extensive entertainment purposes. And that is evident when you look at its battery with 9800 mAh that could power the device up to 12 to 13 hours of continuous video playback or 15 to 16 hours of straight talk time.

Acer Iconia Tab A510 Specs Details and key features:
  • 10.1” HD Multi-Touch Display: (1280 x 800) resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio
  • Android™ 4.0 Operating System (Ice Cream Sandwich)
  • NVIDIA® Tegra™ 3 Quad Core Mobile Processor (1.3GHz) Super 4-PLUS-1™ Quad Core with Battery Saver Core

Acer Iconia Tab A510 Price

Let’s talk about Acer Iconia Tab A510 Price for a while. Acer Iconia Tab A510 Price is offered for $449.00 and I think it is just right. Other major manufacturers offer their quad-core devices for more than $600 per unit and we believe that the production cost would be as expensive.

But with Acer releasing a high-end unit for just $450, we now know that the production costs of the devices having these specs are way lower than what we expect. At least, with this device we know that some of the manufacturers are over-pricing their units. And considering it will come with the latest Android version (Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich) I believe we are lucky enough or blessed to buy this device.

Cheapest Tablet: Xtex My Tablet 7 Specs and Price

There’s a new Android tablet that’s on the low end in terms of price, but based on its technical specs you’d never know it. A company called Xtex has developed one of the cheapest Android tablets on the market: Xtex My Tablet 7, yet somehow it is also one of the most feature-rich at the same time.

Xtex is a New York-based firm that created the most affordable tablet in the USA, going for a mere $150. The My Tablet 7 is a 7 inch entry level device that’s already up for direct order through its maker. The specs aren’t half bad, I’ll give you that much: 800 x 480 pixel resolution, 1.5 GHz processor, 16 GB of storage, SD storage extra, 1 GB of RAM and a 2 megapixel camera at the front. There’s even an HDMI port in the mix, with support for 1080p output, plus a full USB port and a min USB one.
Xtex My Tablet 7 image

The OS of choice is Android 4.0.3 ICS and the only downside to the product is the low resolution, other than that everything is peachy. The only thing I’m curios about is if Xtex makes its own devices of if they’re made in China and rebranded in the USA… it would be nice if they made their own gear.

Xtex My Tablet 7 Specs

  •  7 inch display with 800x480 resolution
  • a prosesor 1,5GHz
  • Android 4.0 OS
  • 1GB RAM
  • 16GB internal drive
  • 2MP front camera
  • port USB and Mini USB
  • HDMI 1080P output
  • TF card slot (for additional drive upto 32GB)
  • Headset port

Xtex My Tablet 7 Price

Xtex My Tablet 7 price is $150. And with a $150 price tag, it’s even cheaper. And get this – not only is it $50 less than a Kindle Fire, it’s also much more feature rich. For starters, it has a 1.5 GHz processor, 16 GB of internal storage, and 1 GB of RAM. It also has all the standard hookups like an SD card slot, HDMI output, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Price in USA

Samsung has announced its new 7-inch tablet which runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and it is called the Galaxy Tab 2. It image suggests that this device will be running Samsung TouchWiz UI over Android ICS, however we would now the major changes in the UI later after the launch of the device.

According to Cnet, Today at a Samsung media event in San Francisco, the company unveiled pricing and release dates for both its Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablets. We took a brief look at both tablets at Mobile World Congress in February, but this is the first time they've been officially shown in the U.S.
samsung galaxy tab 2 image
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Image
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 will be released on April 22 for $250 with 8GB of storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 follows a few weeks later on May 13 at a price of $400 for 16GB of storage.

While the $400 price for the Tab 2 10.1 still seems a bit too expensive given its specs, I am pleasantly surprised at the $250 price for the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, which puts it in Kindle Fire price territory, with cameras!

The tablets are being billed as lower-priced successors to the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, both released last year.

Each Wi-Fi-only tablet ships with the latest version of the Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich and includes an as yet unidentified 1GHz dual-core CPU bolstered by 1GB of RAM.

The New iPad 2012 Video Review

This is the first iPad to offer 4G LTE wireless, and so we were naturally quite eager to load up Speed Test and see what it could do. For those looking for the full-on review effect, the new iPad is still a slinky thing.

Sure, its 9.4mm thickness won't win it any awards (especially since that's .6mm thicker than the iPad 2), nor will its 652g (1.4-pound) heft (51g / .11 pounds more than before), but it feels neither big nor heavy. It instead feels substantial. Dense. It's carved from a hunk of aluminum and there's a cavity in there where the (now bigger) battery and other internals reside, but if you didn't know any better you'd think it were completely solid.

There's none of the flex or the give found in cheaper slates. That solidity certainly helps explain the premium feel, but buyers will have to decide whether that feel is worth the extra space in their messenger bags, or the extra strain placed on shoulder straps. That is, needless to say, quite healthy.

The New iPad 2012 Video Review by The Verge

The New iPad Video Reviw by WT1 :
What's in a name? Or, more importantly, what's in a digit? Would that which we call an iPad by any number less than 2 be less sweet? That's the question Apple posed for us indirectly when it unveiled the new iPad and relegated its future slates (and, presumably, phones) to a numeral-free future. And that new slate? It's much the same as the old one, with a slightly more chipper processor at its (quad) core and support for both Verizon and AT&T's fancy new LTE networks.

But there's one bigger change here, one that will ripple across the industry as each manufacturer struggles to keep up in this ever-accelerating market. That feature is the iPad's new 2048 x 1536 Retina display. It's the best display ever featured on a tablet, probably the best display ever on a mobile device, but is that enough to keep this tablet ahead of the pack? Believe it or not, the answer is yes.

Price of  the New iPad is start at $466

The New iPad 2012 Available Next Week, Pricing for $499

Did you wait too long to pull the trigger on a pre-order for Apple's newest iPad: The New iPad ? Well, it looks like you'll have to join the rest of the US-based iStragglers and settle for a later ship date. The Cupertino-born slate, initially set for a March 16th release, now appears to have been pushed back to the 19th.

Forcing prospective online buyers to seek out any remaining stock at brick and mortar outlets on launch day. While this is by no means an indication that the company's sold out of its third-generation tablet wares, consider it a last call for the early adopter train.

Just three months after the holiday season, Apple is releasing the next version of its popular tablet. The long awaited New iPad will be released March 16 (this coming Friday). Here’s everything you need to know about the device and whether updating your iPad will be worth it.

Clearer Display

Apple is beefing up the iPad’s retina display, which creates clearer fonts and pictures. Apple has the iPad 2 and New iPad laid out side-by-side on their website and the new iPad’s clarity is astounding. The new retina display has a 2048-by-1536 resolution with 3.1 million pixels. By comparison, HDTV has 2.1 million pixels. Overall, the New iPad has four times the amount of pixels the iPad 2 does.

Faster connection

According to Apples’ website, the New iPad uses 4G LTE, one of the fastest cellular networks in the world. The new iPad comes with two cellular antennas, allowing for more connectivity around the world. The new iPad comes with Apple’s latest chip, the A5X, ensuring the device is just as fluid and smooth as other iPads. The New iPad even has the same amount of battery life (10 hours) and comes to life instantly with a single touch.

Users should note however that many cell phone providers have yet to set up a 4G network. Paying extra for faster connectivity features doesn’t necessarily mean they will be utilized from the get go.

Better camera

The new iPad comes with a 5-megapixel camera with more exposure options and better face recognition than previous iPads. Perhaps the biggest upgrade with the camera is HD recording, allowing users to record in full 1080p. The new camera also has a hybrid filter, similar filters used in SLR cameras, allowing for clearer pictures.

Is it worth it?

Apple is asking pricing at $499 for the New iPad. The iPad 2 received a $100 price drop, fetching a $399 price tag through Apple. Despite the numerous improvements, the New iPad hasn’t dazzled everyone.

Online reviewers say that while the new HD features have created the best picture on a tablet so far and the upgraded camera records incredible videos, the overall features of the new iPad aren’t quite enough to ditch the iPad 2 yet. If you haven’t bought an iPad yet, forking over an extra $100 may be worth it. But for current iPad 2 owners or money conscious consumers, sticking with older models may be the best bet.

Motorola XYBOARD Waterproof Tablet Specs and Price

Motorola has released Motorola XYBOARD 8.2 Waterproof editions. This is the first tablet PC with waterproof features. It’s just the Wi-fi versions of the tablets you’ll be grabbing with waterproofing all around, as the Saturday Night Live “it breaks immediately” gag holds strong for dunking your LTE XYBOARD into the drink. Note of course that doing this is never a good idea, even if you do have waterproofing on your devices – spillproof doesn’t mean “left in the kiddie pool for 2 hours” proof.

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" Specs And Price

Has unannounced 7.7″ quad-core Tegra 3 tablet from Toshiba with the name AT270 : Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7". This ultra-thin and blazing fast tablet was extremely impressive and one of the thinnest tablets we’ve seen here — not to mention running on a quad-core and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" Specs : display as a 1280 x 800 AMOLED HD panel and from our initial impressions that is most likely what we have here. The 7.7″ screen was extremely vivid and crisp, as were the games being played on it thanks to the power of the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor. Toshiba’s previous tablets have been a little on the fatter side, so to not only see a thin tablet, but one of the thinnest of the entire show has us extremely impressed.

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" also have the 3.5mm headphone jack, and this was throughout the entire tablet — not just on the edges. The device was constructed of a solid and durable feeling lightweight aluminum with a textured back and no other details were available on this prototype device. With a rear facing camera and micro-SD slots on board this should be a great all around tablet.
Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7 image
Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7"
We can assume that along with the Tegra 3 quad-core we have 1GB of RAM and between 16-64GB of internal storage. Packing all those specs into such a thin chassis really was impressive to hold and during use. Not only is this prototype AT270 tablet amazingly thin but it was also exceptionally lightweight.

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" Price

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" Price is not yet available for today. We'll update Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" price after Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" Price will be released by Toshiba.

ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 Specs and Price 2012

According to the press sheet the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 will come with specs two variations. A quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 powered WiFi only edition, as well as the dual-core 1.5 GHz S4 powered by Qualcomm rocking 3G/4G LTE capabilities. Other than those key differences everything else remains the same and this tablet looks amazing in person. Seriously pictures don’t do justice for the 1920 x 1200 full HD display they’ve manage to pack into this slate.

However, things begin to look up. In those parts of the world with LTE the Infinity will be powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM 8960 Snapdragon S4 processor. In the UK, where we only have 3G, the Infinity will have a quad-core, Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, but running at a heady 1.6GHz – 0.3GHz faster than the Prime.
ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 image
ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700

The RAM complement, meanwhile, is 1GB, and there will be three models available with different allocations of internal storage – 16GB, 32GB and 64GB – with an 8GB lifetime helping of storage on Asus’ cloud-based WebStorage service thrown in. There’s no mention of a microSD slot, though.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Specifications and Price

Swedish blogger Anders Frick spotted a couple of large-scale advertisements in and around the Fira de Barcelona, where the first pre-show events for Mobile World Congress are set to begin in just a few hours. While he was clearly doing a little surreptitious snooping, what he caught with his camera is pretty clearly the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, a full-sized tablet version of the original Galaxy Note.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, The device itself should get a proper unveiling sometime on Monday. at MWC
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 image

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Specifications
The branding matches the gigantic banners we saw for the Galaxy Note at CES last month, and jives with Samsung’s earlier hints that we’d see more of the S-Pen stylus technology on bigger devices.

There isn’t much revealed in the photos themselves, though you can see what appears to be a basic notation app running. Since we haven’t see hide nor hair of Samsung’s TouchWiz running on a tablet, there’s no way to tell if it’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or the older Honeycomb. We also don’t get a good look at the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 version of the S-Pen, though it’s save to assume that it would be larger due to a more spacious housing.

The question is, will the Note tablet family supercede the Galaxy Tab, since it’s basically the same form factor with a little added functionality? The 5.3-inch Note isn’t about to replace any of Samsung’s more normally-proportioned smartphones, but a tablet with expanded pen input might just take the place of a “Galaxy Tab 10.1 2″. And how does this fit in with previous rumors of an 11.6-inch Samsung tablet running a monster 2560×1200 resolution? With any luck, we’ll find out in just over a day

2012 Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Price

Samsung has announced its new 7-inch tablet which runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and it is called the Galaxy Tab 2. It image suggests that this device will be running Samsung TouchWiz UI over Android ICS, however we would now the major changes in the UI later after the launch of the device.

We’re now reviewing some pricing details for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 announced earlier today, and if these number stick to release day, we’ve got not doubt that Samsung has a rather larger blunder on their hands. The Galaxy Tab 2 was announced as a low-cost update to the original Galaxy Tab, otherwise known as the first real effort on earth to create an Android tablet. This new tablet has a 7-inch 1024 x 600 PLS LCD display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, and a 3-megapixel camera – perfect Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Price for a $240 price point – thats about half the cost we’re seeing here in an apparent Euro price schedule.

What’s being confirmed here by Samsung to Sammy Hub is a set of prices that sit in USA price, Sweden price, Finland price, Norway price, and Denmark price, along with assurance that the Galaxy Tab 2 will release in the UK first. This tablet is shaping up to be rather similar to the ASUS MeMO tablet we saw at CES 2012, but at half the core power and twice the price. Will the high-powered display be enough to convince customers that this is the winning 7-incher?

Here is the official pricing and availability for the Scandinavian countries. Expected in March, the tablet will sell in both Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + 3G versions.

Sweden:
Wi-Fi: 2,995SEK (450USD in USA)
3G: 3,695 SEK (556USD in USA)

Finland:
Wi-Fi: 349EUR (463USD in USA)
3G: 429EUR (568USD in USA)

Norway:

Denmark:
Wi-Fi: 2,350DKK (419USD in USA)
3G: 3,995DKK (512USD in USA)

Take a trip down Chris Davies way to get a better understanding of this situation and head back to our last review of a Galaxy Tab to see what Samsung is about to offer. This is the billionth tablet shown off by Samsung in the last year it seems, and there’s no sign of them stopping in 2012. Tablets galore for all!

Sony Slashes Tablet S price In India and US

Sony slashes Tablet S price in US :
Sony has knocked $100 off the price of its S series tablet, another sign that non-Apple tablet pricing is trending downward.

The 16GB Sony Slashes Tablet S price is now $400, reduced from $500, while the 32GB model got cut to $500 from $600.

Sony slashes Tablet S price in India
So in India, Sony Slashes Tablet S price in India is about Rs.21.458,12. Sony Slashes Tablet S price in India reduced from Rs. 26.822,65 , while the 32GB model got cut to Rs.21.458,12 from Rs.32.187,18

Sony Slashes Tablet S Specs include a 9.4-inch 1280x800 display, front and rear cameras, Android Honeycomb, 1GB system memory, and eight hours of rated battery life.

Sony is by no means is the first to wield an ax on pricing. RIM's BlackBerry Playbook is the most extreme recent example of tablet price deflation. The PlayBook has been selling--depending on the week--for $300 off its original price.

But Android tablet (the PlayBook uses the BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet operating system) prices are also trending downward from their rarified $700-$800 price tier 2-year-contract-only beginnings.

Consumer 10-inch Android tablets like the 16GB Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Tablet (Wi-Fi only) and 16GB Acer Iconia (Wi-Fi) are priced relatively low from the get-go, now listed at $319.99 and $359.99, respectively at Best Buy. And the 16GB Toshiba Thrive (Wi-Fi) and the 16GB Asus Eee Pad Transformer (Wi-Fi) are both $400.

Is that low enough to trigger significant consumer demand for a 10-inch class tablet? Only the tablet suppliers know for sure but Amazon and Barnes and Noble are not making it any easier by releasing 7-inch tablets for $199 and $249, respectively. The Kindle Fire, in particular, is seeing very strong demand.
Sony slashes Tablet S
Alas, Apple, so far, is pretty much immune to the price pressure impacting mere mortal tablet makers. Ranging from $499 to $829, Apple still sells over ten million tablets per quarter.

Verizon apparently didn't get that memo, though. The carrier just released the Motorola XyBoard priced between $529.99 and $729.99 with a two-year contract (and as much as $899.99 without a contract).

iPad 3 Internal Parts Photos and Video

Photos of iPad 3 Internal Parts that is allegedly an iPad 3 component suggest that the tablet will continue to use Apple’s 30-pin connector, as opposed to microUSB or another popular industry-wide standard port.

iPad 3 Internal Parts Photos were published by Macotakara, which spotted them on TVC-Mall.com, a website belonging to an Apple parts reseller. Apple has included the 30-pin connector on the iPad, iPod and iPhone since the iPod first made its debut.

A microphone mic flex cable ribbon leaked earlier this month by TVC-Mall also suggests that the iPad 3 will feature a cosmetic redesign, which may include a thicker case in order to make room for a new high-resolution display.

The iPad 3 could launch as soon as March or April and the company is rumored to have an “iPad mini” in the works as well. A few more images of the iPad 3′s purported 30-pin connector follow after the break.

An image iPad 3 Display Panel Photo also was posted to a Korean Apple forum may represent the rumored high-definition iPad 3 display.

Recent rumors have pointed towards the iPad 3 featuring a retina-resolution IGZO panel, which is likely to be manufactured by Sharp and released in early 2012.

The image below shows the alleged pre-production iPad 3 Display Panel Photo as well as what is believed to be a comparison photo with the iPad 2. The show shows a new configuration of the ribbon cables which may indicate a new internal configuration for power or data transfer, necessary to support the increased resolution on the iPad 3.

The best android tablet in India 2011

There are many android tablet 2011 issued by different manufacturers. If you want to buy an Android tablet may be confused because so many options available android tablets. But What is The best android tablet in India 2011. You must know about this questions to know The best android tablet in India 2011 would you buy.

If you're looking for a tablet and don't fancy an iPad, then Android is currently the way to go. (Don't know what an Android tablet is? Check out: what is an the best Android tablet 2011?)

There are other options out there; Windows 7 tablets are available, the BlackBerry PlayBook is on sale now and the HP TouchPad has come and gone in a flurry. But Android 3.2 is currently the main OS rival to the iPad, and the products are still creeping onto the shelves one by one.

Let's see what the current best android tablets in India 2011  :
Asus eee pad transformer prime review

1. Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

The first quad-core Tegra 3 tablet smashes its way to the top of our list
The original Asus Eee Pad Transformer is still one of the best Android tablets around, but the Prime is the best of them all.

It's one step better than its predecessor in every respect, and is the first tablet to launch with Nvidia's quad-core Tegra 3 CPU which adds super-powers and increased power efficiency.
Playing 1080p videos is no longer a problem, with high-res clips playing on the Prime's albeit sub-1080p display smoothly and without issue. It's also the thinnest tablet we've yet seen, and comes with a gorgeous keyboard dock which adds an additional 8-hours of battery life to tablet unit's 9-hours.

Asus eee pc slider

2. Asus Eee Pad Slider

Best Android tablet for: doing things a little differently
The Apple iPad 2 is the daddy. It doesn't matter what the arguments for Android are, the fact is that the iPad is still just about the best out-and-out tablet out there. And that's why the Slider is such a compelling option - it's not a straight iPad-competitor, it offers something different. The slide-out keyboard offers flexibility and functionality not on offer elsewhere.

It's a different prospect to the Transformer Prime above in that it cannot be disconnected from its keyboard, nor does it pack the Tegra 3 innards.

But what it does do is make it easier to work on the train, type emails and documents with the convenience of not needing a dock or peripheral. What's more, the screen is the best we've seen on a 10-inch Android tablet, and it's also the most responsive. It's not for everyone, but it's currently one of the very best tablet for showing off everything that Android can do.

3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9

Best Android tablet for: portability and power
In at number three is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 - and it's a funny little thing. It's essentially the same as its older brother, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, but with an 8.9-inch screen. It's slightly thinner and lighter, and consequently more convenient for anyone wanting to stuff it in a bag.

Apart from these physical attributes, the internal components are basically the same. So you get the same slick performance and overall tablet experience. We've put this above the 10.1 because of the increased convenience owed to its slightly smaller size, but that shouldn't put you off going for the 10.1 if you're after a bigger screen.

4. Asus Eee Pad Transformer

Best Android tablet PC for: replacing your netbook
We love the Asus Eee Pad Transformer. It's been around for a while now, and in our opinion, it's still one of the most compelling Android tablets available. Not only is it powerful and well featured, it's designed to work with a keyboard dock which turns it into a fully-fledged Android-powered netbook.
The fact is that Android as an OS is still lagging behind iOS in terms of tablet usability, so products need a USP. And on that score, this is the tablet that changed the game.
So with the release of the Transformer Prime, you may well find this tablet at discounted prices. And thus could be had for a bargain if you search hard enough.

samsung-galaxy-tab-10-1-review

5. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

Best Android tablet for: the out-and-out tablet experience
While the Transformer and Slider offer something a little different at an unbeatable price, our number 5 -the Galaxy Tab 10.1 - offers a direct alternative to Apple's iPad 2. Sporting the Tegra 2 dual-core CPU, it's both marginally thinner and lighter than the iPad 2. This was some achievement, especially when you consider the fuss Apple made about how thin and light the iPad 2 was on launch.
But it has since been beaten on this front by its little 8.9-inch sibling and of course the Transformer Prime.

motorola xoom 2 review

6. Motorola Xoom 2

Best Android tablet for: fast dual-core performance
In at a disappointing number 6, the Motorola Xoom 2's most noticeable upgrade might be in the chassis, but it's also had an upgrade to a 1.2GHz CPU, along with Android 3.2.This has produced a tablet that's quite snappy overall, though it does still suffer from the odd moment where swipes take a moment to register.

In all honesty, we're rather disappointed with the Xoom 2. It's not the all-conquering tablet we were hoping it was going to be. It doesn't quite match the best tablets above or the iPad for quality, and many good Android tablets have it beaten for value.
Ultimately, the Xoom 2 is an improvement over the original Xoom, but not over the competition.

sony tablet s

7. Sony Tablet S

Best Android tablet for: PlayStation gaming
As a veritable mega-giant in the consumer tech universe, Sony's landing on Planet Tablet was always going to be interesting. Blasting off alongside the fold-in-half Tablet P, the Tablet S has a unique wedge-shaped design and top-end specs.
It's a very decent and refined tablet, and has the unique feature of having access to original PlayStation games. The only issue is that it's not as tidy as the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and not as versatile as the Transformer. Apart from that, it's one of the best Android tablets out there.

motorola-xoom

8. Motorola Xoom

Best Android tablet for: sleek good looks and solid performance
At number eight we have the original Motorola Xoom. The Xoom was the first Honeycomb tablet to hit the shelves, and is thus the grandfather of the Android stable.

Current prices are starting at about £300, which is great value for a 10-inch tablet of this calibre and it's thus worthy of your attention. Solid build quality, decent battery life, good performance. Beware though, the Motorola Xoom 2 already here.

There are some The best android tablet in India 2011. You could choose one The best android tablet in India 2011 if you want would to buy an Android Tablet.
